A week ago today I came in the hospital with strong chest pains after my blood was quickly drawn I was told I was have a heart attack I was immediately taken to the cath lab where the nurses lacey, Michelle and the others got right to work with prepping more for a heart stent I am so grateful for them.And to my day nurse Cassandra your care for me was beyond amazing thank you, And to my night nurse sy Ron you are amazingly unbelievable your care for me Was you were caring for a family member Thank you.. And I nominated both of yall for a daisy award

I had a total knee replacement and everything went excellent!! Friendly and Knowledgeable staff! I was up late talking to nurse Nicole because she went through the procedure at a different hospital and it hasn't gone very well for her.

Very impressed with the attention and excellent personal care my 89 yr old father received in the ER. This was our first Grandview ER experience and I felt very confident in the delivery of all the care and explanation of care we received. Thank you to all the team October 30th and 31st 2025

The staff at Grandview provided exceptional care throughout my surgical experience. From start to finish, their professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness exceeded my expectations. They allowed my husband to remain with me at every stage, except during surgery, and made sure he was back by my side the moment I returned—something that greatly eased my anxiety. Every step of the process was clearly explained; I never once felt rushed or dismissed, unlike at some previous facilities. Nurse Angie, in particular, went above and beyond. She listened carefully to my concerns regarding past difficulties with IV insertions and immediately utilized a vein-finding device. Thanks to her expertise, the IV was placed quickly and painlessly, a stark contrast to the painful and stressful experiences I’ve had in the past. Beyond that, Angie took the initiative to make multiple calls—at least six—to ensure we received accurate answers to our questions. Her persistence and dedication were truly commendable. She, along with the entire team, treated me with compassion and respect, making sure I was comfortable at all times, whether it was needing assistance, extra blankets, or reassurance. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care I received and for the staff’s genuine commitment to patient well-being. Please extend my sincere thanks to the entire Grandview team for doing such a phenomenal job.

AsI was saying by grace of God for placing me in the path to Grandview the Dr's, Nurses, Staff,Down to people just working there. They treated me more than just a special patient, they treated me as they would their own daughter,Sister or Best friend Ty God for leading me to me by far to the best hospital I feel in Dayton Ohio. I have never felt more taken care of and safe. You were all so friendly and kind to me and had me feeling better the moment I got there. Shift after shift of pure excellence. A special note to Angela, Erin and Kim and a special thank you to the floor manager who took a moment to check on me as well. My only and I mean only complaint is the showers were cold. If I have to be taken care of this is the only place I’ll go!(once they fix the showers temperature 😉)

(Shawnna Grigsby) I was admitted here Tuesday night 12/16/2025 and they have an AWESOME staff! Like every single nurse, respiratory, cna, housekeeper, nutritionist no matter the staff that came in contact were the most genuine and nicest people I have ever came across. Of course being in the hospital isn’t fun but they made me wanna move in even though I miss home lol I’m like NO WAY this has to be AI but no these are real humans with heart for what they love and they actually care. My experience was definitely 1000/10. I’d highly recommend this hospital! Thanks for saving my life btw!!!!

My dad recently had a mild hernia surgery, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was kind, professional, and very reassuring. Everything was clearly explained, the procedure went smoothly, and his recovery has been going well. We’re very grateful for the care he received and highly recommend this team. Thank you!
